Simone Biles

Simone Biles won her 20th gold medal in the World Championships when Team USA captured its seventh successive title in the world on October 4 in Antwerp Belgium. She is now the most decorated female gymnast in history with 33 medals from international competitions, including the Olympics. Biles had performed an extremely difficult vault that it was the first that a female athlete ever performed at an international scale. It was formerly known as Biles' Yurchenko double pike vault, this vault has been changed to the Biles II. This record-breaking gymnast is performing in her very first international meet since 2021 will compete in the individual all-around final on October 6. Simone was born in Columbus Ohio in 1997 was removed from the house of her mother due to her addiction. Simone, along with her siblings were placed in foster care. The maternal grandparents of her Air Force veteran Ron and his wife who retired as a nurse Nellie stepped in to take charge of the children, officially adopting Simone aged 6 along with her baby sister Adria. Their grandmother took care of Simone's siblings who were older.
