Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, who was a doctor and Thelma Burell Henson. She was born in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America, on the 26th February 1942. As a teenager, she had mastered piano. at the age of thirteen, she was the winner of a competition in Chicago Music Festival. Fort Collins High School, which was where she completed her high school education in 1960, was the place that her family relocated to. To improve her professional prospects, she moved into Los Angeles. She began her career in modeling when she was signed by the Powers Agency, an elite modeling agency. When she first started modeling, her acting passion was stronger and Hollywood producers became interested in her. Her first appearance on TV was with The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Michele, one of the most renowned American entertainers of all time, began her career in the beginning as a model professional. She then worked for Powers agencies, before stepping up to acting in 1964 for the television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. It was her role in El Dorado 1966 as the principal character Josephine Joey MacDonald who brought greater attention on her. The roles she played in the 1960s and 70s made her a notable actress.
