Mena Alexandra Suvari (born on 13 February 1979) is an American actress fashion designer and model. When she was in 1990, shortly after starting her career as model, she began to act in television programs such as Boy Meets World. Her first film performance in 1997's drama Nowhere. The actress made her way to important roles thanks to her performance in American Beauty for which she received nominations for the BAFTA Award and American Pie and American Pie, both of which gained her wider attention.
