In her career as an actress, she started by playing minor parts and also playing characters on stage and television programs. She was a regular character in the soap show As the World turns. The show was about doctors and lawyers. The actress became well-known for her role as Jenny Griffith in Suits, the legal drama. Harvey Specter, a lawyer on the show, as well as Mike his assistant worked on the cases. The show was described as an enormous success by critics, and was awarded numerous prizes.
